Senior Sales Manager

Park Bench Solutions is a rapidly growing company, and our sales team is anxious to keep up with demand through new leadership.

As PBS Senior Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for spearheading creative inroads with existing clients, as well as forming new routes to the doorsteps of future customers.

Requirements

  • Strong history in sales.

  • Excellent written & communication skills.
  • Formal education and 5+ years previous sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing solutions for the  sales team to deliver to customers.
  • Mentoring sales team members.
  • Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers.
  • Analyzing opportunities by researching the industry and market trends.
  • Maintaining relationships with larger clients by providing information, support and guidance.
  • Preparing reports by collecting sales information and statistics.

    Software Developer

    Park Bench Solutions is a rapidly growing company, initially propelled by our industry-leading software, Odin, but with several exciting new Solutions on the horizon. 

    As a PBS Developer you'll be at the forefront of making our existing products & services more efficient, helping to create new innovative solutions, and overall, working to build a better IT experience for our customers.

    Requirements

    • Reviewing current systems.
    • Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals.
    • Working closely with analysts, designers and other PBS staff.
    • Producing detailed specifications and coding. 
    • Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live.
    • Preparation of training manuals for users.
    • Maintaining the systems once they are up and running.
