Andrew Torbeck

SVP - Service Management

Andrew has been working in the VoIP / UCaaS space for over 20 years prior to joining Park Bench Solutions, where he now leads the Global Services Team. Andrew has done it all - working at Cincinnati Bell Telephone, Broadsoft, Leonid Systems (maker of Loki, acquired by Broadsoft), and most recently at Cisco Systems where he was responsible for all BroadWorks-related professional services within the Cisco Customer Experience team throughout the Western Hemisphere (including North, Central, and South America).

Throughout his career, Andrew has gained deep, hands-on experience within every aspect of VoIP and UCaaS projects big and small. He has designed and built new product offerings, consulted for telecom service providers around the globe, and overseen large-scale deployments of BroadWorks and custom software development to automate provisioning workflows and integrations with CRM and billing systems. Andrew has built a strong network of strategic BroadWorks customers over the years, always focused on customer service and optimizing the end-user experience. 

Andrew resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work – during the rare times when he's not chasing his kids around – he enjoys cooking, golf, and trying out new trends in the growing craft beer world.
